The Beverage Information Group, publishers of the annual Beverage Handbook series and the Distilled Spirits Council of the U.S. have formed an alliance to provide its Craft distiller members with a price-reduced version of the 2021 Liquor Handbook. The special publication is titled 2021 Liquor Handbook – Craft Distillers Edition and is available only to DISCUS Craft Members.
The 2021 Liquor Handbook – Craft Distillers Edition includes a thorough analysis of distilled spirit trends, consumption of distilled spirits by category, new distilled spirit introductions, consumption of distilled spirits by state and category, per capita consumption of distilled spirits by state, and the top 150 distilled spirit brands. This Edition also includes analysis and brand-level consumption by each of the twelve distilled spirit categories.
